Performs runtime script execute checks and repairs directory permissions on supported addons installed on the server.

The tool looks for mod_ruid2, mpm_idk and mod_suphp to determine if the addons can be run with safer file permissions.

--user - optional, only needed if calling from root.
--fix - changes the permission for the files to 0600 if running as the user or 0644 if running as nobody/apache.
--help - gets this help document
--verbose - add more output.
